Delegates Boggs and Webster move to amend the bill on page one, following the enacting clause, by striking out the enacting section and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:
"That §7-4-6a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be repealed, and that §7-4-6 of said code be amended and reenacted to read as follows:"
